Major Announcement!

Image
keynote speaker Abby Franquemont, author of Respect the Spindle will participate in the author signing along with some of our other attending authors - if you want to participate, you don't have to be teaching, you just have to register so that we know how many authors will be there - link to sign up on the website

If you aren't on the conference mail update list, I'm pleased to direct you to the conference website for information on workshop/conference registration.
There are also links to Air Canada (and hopefully WestJet in a day or two) for booking your flights, the Coast Inn of the North and the Courtyard Marriott where we have block booked rooms.  Both hotels have parking for guests and you can share a room if you like or book for yourself at the conference rate.

The two hotels were conference events are taking place are also offering conference block booking.  The above link is to the original blog post last summer which will give more information.

With conference events taking place in both, they are the easiest places to stay, especially if arriving by air, but both also have parking.
